I help women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in survival mode find their way back to calm, clarity, and confidence.
A lot of the women I work with are moms, helpers, and healers, the ones who take care of everyone else but quietly struggle to take care of themselves. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, career burnout, relationship shifts, or just the constant emotional load of being “the strong one,”

My Approach
Here’s how I walk with you:Holistic & trauma-informed. We work with your mind and your body. Healing doesn’t just happen in conversation; it happens in the nervous system, in your breath, your presence.
Somatic practices & Brainspotting. When talking doesn’t enough, the body can guide the healing. I offer therapies that gently access what’s beneath awareness.
Mindfulness + Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Tools to help you tolerate discomfort, notice patterns, reconnect with your values, and build a life aligned with what matters most.
Personal, client-led, compassionate space. Therapy that moves at your pace. I aim to hold non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, safe, and respected.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in Missouri with 18+ years of experience.
Masters in Social Work, University of Denver
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, University of Missouri-Columbia
Advanced training in perinatal mental health & trauma treatment
Certified in holistic modalities including Reiki Master training

I’m an introvert. I’m an Enneagram 9 (with a 1 wing). I love music, yoga, quiet walks, reading, and dancing to live music. I’ve been married for 19 years and I have two beautiful kids. I know what it means to try to balance so many roles because I live it too.
